1. Remote delivery
Brinvora Peak delivers services online. Communication, discovery, configuration guidance, documentation, testing, and support are handled through agreed digital channels. The client is responsible for maintaining the accounts, subscriptions, permissions, and devices required to participate.
2. Consultation
AI Automation Consultation provides an online review of a current process and practical recommendations for tools or next steps. It is an analysis and planning service, not a promise that every recommended tool will be selected or implemented.
3. Workflow setup
Simple Workflow Automation covers an agreed connection between two or three applications. Email and Task Automation focuses on routine sorting, task creation, notifications, and reminders. Data Entry and Spreadsheet Automation focuses on repeatable transfer, organization, and update steps for the stated records.
4. Basic FAQ chatbot setup
Basic FAQ Chatbot Setup covers a limited customer-support workflow for standard questions. The client is responsible for reviewing the source information, approving the response boundaries, and identifying when a question must be routed to a person. The chatbot is not designed for high-stakes decisions.
5. Maintenance and support
Automation Maintenance and Support covers checks, small changes, and troubleshooting for existing automations within the agreed monthly scope. It does not automatically include a full rebuild, new application integrations, extensive data cleanup, or emergency availability unless specifically agreed.
6. Access and approvals
Work may require temporary or limited access to client-owned tools. Access should be provided through the platform’s appropriate permission controls. Clients should revoke access that is no longer needed and should not send passwords through the website form. Work may pause until the relevant access, information, or approval is available.
7. Testing and handoff
Where applicable, Brinvora Peak will review expected inputs and outputs within the project scope and provide practical handoff notes. Testing cannot cover every future input, third-party change, account restriction, or unusual data condition. The client remains responsible for reviewing important outputs after launch.
8. Timing
Timing is set per request or written scope. It may depend on access, client decisions, number of tools, workflow complexity, data format, revisions, and third-party platform availability. Website starting prices do not include an automatic delivery deadline.
9. Change control
New tools, branches, records, formats, or revisions outside the agreed scope may require a new estimate or schedule. Brinvora Peak will identify material changes before proceeding when reasonably practicable.
Service questions can be sent to projects@brinvorapeak.com with the relevant service and request reference.
